Job summary

Five Rivers Analytics (FRA), an Akima company, is seeking a temporary Security Guard II to join our contract team. The role provides a secure work environment through escorting of uncleared visitors and on-site project coverage, with a demanding six-day 10-hour shift schedule.

Responsibilities include enforcing security procedures, guarding facilities, reporting incidents, directing traffic at job sites, and maintaining thorough records.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• U.S. Valid Driver's License.
• Active Secret Security Clearance.
• Able to work a 10-hour shift scheduled between Monday and Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Secures premises and staff by monitoring persons and facilities under their purview.
• Inspects buildings, equipment, and access points; permits entry to job site.
• Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities.
• Informing violators of policy and procedures; reporting trespassers.
• Controls traffic by directing vehicle drivers and equipment operators to job site.
• Completes report by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
• Maintains organization’s stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
