TerrAscend is seeking a dedicated Full-time Security Guard to oversee security operations at our Hagerstown, MD site. You will implement policies, monitor entrances, and respond to emergencies, ensuring a safe environment for employees and visitors.

Key responsibilities include patrolling, monitoring CCTV, and reporting incidents. The ideal candidate has a Maryland Guard Card, strong communication skills, and at least 2 years of relevant experience.

Competenze

• Proven experience as guard services or similar position.
• Current Maryland Guard Card.
• Experience using CCTV and related security tech.
• Experience in reporting and emergency response.
• Knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Committed and reliable.
• Two years of experience in a comparable position.
• Availability to occasionally take weekend shifts.
• Applicant must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be and remain compliant with company regulations.

Mansioni

• Implement security policies, protocols and procedures.
• Monitor property entrance and follow entry/exit protocols for employees and visitors.
• Respond to emergencies and alarms, notify law enforcement and management as needed.
• Monitor video surveillance equipment.
• Secure premises and personnel by patrolling the property.
• Report incidents, breaches, suspicious behaviors, and happenings.
• Investigate and resolve issues.
• Prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities.
