Job summary

CTK USA, Inc. in Ontario, California, is seeking an On-Site Security Guard to help keep people, products, and property safe.

This is an unarmed post with responsibilities including access control, camera surveillance, patrols, incident documentation, and escalation when needed. We value reliable, professional communicators with the ability to follow emergency plans, report incidents, and de-escalate conflicts.

Qualifications

• Must have valid California BSIS Security Guard registration (Guard Card).
• Able to pass background check per California law (FEHA, Labor Code § 432.7).
• Willing to complete BSIS training if not already obtained.

Responsibilities

• Control access at gates, lobby, dock, and entrances; verify badges and credentials.
• Issue badges and maintain visitor logs.
• Conduct scheduled patrols of warehouse floor, docks, yard, and perimeter.
• Monitor CCTV, access-control and alarm systems; report failures.
• Watch dock activity for unauthorized persons or unattended trailers; report irregularities.
• Respond to alarms, medical incidents, fires, and emergencies per site plan.
• De-escalate conflicts; use force only as a last resort per California law and BSIS training.
• Complete daily activity and incident reports; shift-relief notes.
• Enforce site rules and maintain a professional post.
