Job summary

Broadridge is seeking a Physical Security Console Operator at our on-site facility. You will monitor CCTV, access control, security logs, and badge issuance, while ensuring the safety of assets and personnel. This role requires attention to detail and prompt incident reporting.

Shifts are 6:30 AM–2:30 PM Sunday through Thursday, with potential 2:00 PM–10:00 PM Wednesday through Sunday and overtime as needed. On-site work with travel as assigned; salary $17–$18/hour plus bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to communicate clearly with Security and Facility personnel, both verbally and in writing.
• Must be vigilant, reporting any security issues or incidents.
• Basic PC skills including typing and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the physical security of the site and protection of assets and personnel.
• Supervising and controlling personnel access into the facility.
• Monitoring and reporting event alarms and ID/access badge issues.
• Responding to and resolving event alarms at the console monitoring station.
• Conducting roving patrol inspections and reporting issues to the appropriate authority.
• Keep the Security Management Team informed of security matters affecting the site.
• Work the shift 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM, Wed–Sun, with overtime as needed.
• Travel and perform other related duties as assigned.
