Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in School Psychology from an accredited program (required).
• CDE Special Services Provider License – School Psychologist Endorsement (required).
• NCSP preferred (national credential).

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments to evaluate cognitive, academic, and social-emotional needs.
• Develop and implement IEPs and 504 Plans.
• Provide individual and group counseling to support student mental health and behavior.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and special education teams to develop intervention strategies.
• Participate in IEP meetings, student evaluations, and crisis intervention as needed.
• Maintain confidential records and documentation per guidelines.
• Provide training and consultation for staff on mental health, behavior management, and student wellness.

Education

Master’s or Doctorate in School Psychology from an accredited program

CDE Special Services Provider License – School Psychologist Endorsement

Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP) preferred
