Job summary

MAC.BID is seeking a Scanner Associate to join our on-site team in Washington, PA. The role focuses on scanning items into our system, researching products online, and preparing accurate online listings for auction.

You will work 8-hour shifts, lift up to 25 pounds solo (50 with help), and use our proprietary software to ensure listings are complete and high quality. Prioritize speed and accuracy while following company policies.

Qualifications

• Availability to work on-site with Monday–Saturday shifts
• Ability to lift up to 25 lb solo, 50 lb with team
• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Must be tech-savvy and follow written directions
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Scan items quickly and thoroughly into the system for online listings
• Search products online to confirm listings
• Screenshot and crop photos for online listings
• Correct and complete information for each item
• Meet quantity and quality goals
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management
