Training starts from the ground up, with real conversations and a fast-paced team environment.

No junk removal experience is required—we train you to build trust, price jobs, close sales, and deliver exceptional service in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift 70–85+ lbs repeatedly.
• Weekend availability required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site estimates and confidently close sales
• Build trust with customers through strong communication and professionalism
• Remove unwanted items from homes and businesses
• Work efficiently with a team to complete daily routes
• Deliver WOW-level customer service on every job
• Lift, carry, load, and maneuver items throughout the day
• Keep trucks clean, organized, and professional
• Represent the brand with energy, integrity, and professionalism
