Job summary

Service Robot Co. is seeking a field service technician to visit customer sites in Wisconsin to install, maintain, and repair commercial robots. You will work on site with support from a remote specialist and be paid per work order.

Responsibilities include installing robots, diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and software issues, performing scheduled maintenance, and documenting visits with photos and customer sign-off. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather.

Qualifications

• Experience in field service or equipment repair is preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and document visits.
• Willingness to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors/in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Visit customer sites to install, maintain, and repair robots.
• Diagnose and fix mechanical, electrical, and software issues.
