Qualifications

• Must read and interpret construction plans, drawings, and specs.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel.
• Six years of related experience or equivalent combination considered.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex and routine inspections to verify materials and processes meet plans and specs.
• Use advanced equipment and calculations for construction inspection.
• Review drawings to prepare for inspection and document results for supervisor.
• Work with supervision under varying levels of guidance depending on assignment.
