Hippocratic AI Inc. in Menlo Park, CA is hiring a Head of RL Operations to lead end-to-end reinforcement learning data labeling and model training programs. You will own strategy, design, execution, and cost; drive a cross-functional platform and grow a distributed expert labeler network.

You will build the team from day one, set operating cadence, and report to executive leadership while scaling capabilities across healthcare AI safety. This is an on-site role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/ML or related field.
• Track record leading large RL/data/human-feedback operations.
• Experience building scale-ready operations with sizable budgets.

Responsabilités

• Own the full RL operation: strategy, design, execution, quality, throughput, cost.
• Build and lead a team of ~10, with multiple direct reports, scaling as needed.
• Inherit and grow an expert labeler network for clinical and non-clinical work.
• Define platforms and tooling with Engineering to improve quality and efficiency.
