Job summary

MissionSquare, a financial services company, seeks a Retirement Plans Specialist to provide on-site service and education to a public-sector client base in Greater Sacramento, CA. You will drive plan enrollment, boost savings, and enhance participants’ investment knowledge through one-on-one consultations and group presentations.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in financial services sales, a Series 65 license, and strong communication skills. Bilingual Spanish is a plus; hybrid work is offered.

Qualifications
