Job summary

TowneBank seeks a Maintenance Technician for My Vacation Haven in Miramar Beach, FL. This on-site role performs maintenance inspections, documents work orders, and resolves issues to ensure guest comfort and safety.

The position requires availability for some holidays and weekends, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to interact with guests and team members while maintaining a clean work area.

Qualifications

• 1 year of maintenance experience preferred but not required.
• Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Must be available to work some holidays, weekends, and the emergency after hours schedule.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly inspect reported maintenance issues and update team members on status.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections.
• Document results of inspections, resolve deficiencies, and write work orders for larger maintenance issues; inspect for damages and report to manager.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Promptly resolve guest complaints or issues.
• Communicate effectively with other team members.
• Adhere to applicable federal laws including AML and the Bank Secrecy Act.
• Other duties as assigned
