Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering is preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with mechanical seals and rotating equipment.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement activities like Kaizen and Lean.
• Strong knowledge of personal computers and machining practices.
• Moderate understanding of financial aspects of a manufacturing operation.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a high-stress environment.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Flexibility in working hours, including weekends, as required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct seal and equipment evaluations and recommendations at customer sites.
• Lead customer reliability personnel.
• Participate actively with customers to comply with agreements.
• Travel as necessary to support assignments.
