Job summary

Skyview at Bridgeport, in Bridgeport, Nebraska, is hiring a Full-Time Registered Dietitian to support residents in a skilled nursing setting. The RD will conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments, develop care plans, and collaborate with care teams to improve resident outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds a ACEND/CADE-approved Bachelor’s in Dietetics, an active Nebraska RD license, and CDR credential, with strong communication and team-working skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in ACEND/CADE approved dietetics program.
• Registered Dietitian credential through CDR.
• Active Nebraska state licensure.
• Commitment to continuing education and professional standards.
• Experience in long-term care or clinical nutrition preferred.
• Strong communication and cross-functional teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutrition services across Skyview at Bridgeport.
• Complete comprehensive nutrition assessments and document findings in EMR.
• Develop and adjust care plans based on clinical data and diagnoses.
• Deliver nutrition education to residents, families and staff.
• Partner with nursing, therapy and leadership teams to support outcomes.
• Maintain CMS and state regulatory compliance.
• Support multiple locations as needed with scheduling flexibility.
• Contribute to quality improvement and survey readiness.
