Integrity Staffing is seeking an Onsite Recruiter to join our East Tulsa manufacturing client, serving as the primary connection between Integrity Staffing, our client, and the employees we place.

The role involves recruiting great people, partnering with production supervisors, coordinating onboarding, and ensuring staffing orders are filled accurately.

You’ll be responsible for recruiting great people, building strong relationships with production supervisors, supporting employees throughout their assignments, and helping create a workforce that is dependable, engaged, and successful.

What You’ll Be Doing

Recruit, interview, screen, and select qualified candidates for manufacturing and industrial positions.

Develop creative recruiting strategies to maintain a strong pipeline of available talent.

Partner with hiring managers and production supervisors to understand their staffing needs and ideal candidates.

Coordinate interviews, onboarding, orientation, and employee start dates.

Client Relationships & Workforce Management

Serve as the primary onsite representative of Integrity Staffing at our client’s manufacturing facility.

Build strong, professional relationships with supervisors, managers, and leadership.

Develop a thorough understanding of each department, its culture, job requirements, and performance expectations.

Maintain regular communication with supervisors regarding staffing needs, employee performance, and workforce challenges.

Serve as a trusted resource and problem solver for both our client and our employees.

Identify opportunities to improve staffing processes and strengthen the client relationship.

Employee Engagement & Retention

Build meaningful relationships with our assigned employees and help them feel valued, supported, and successful.

Proactively address attendance, performance, and employee relations concerns.

Partner with supervisors to coach employees and communicate expectations.

Develop and implement strategies to improve retention, reduce turnover, and increase employee satisfaction.

Conduct regular employee check-ins and identify potential issues before they become larger problems.

Help create a positive workplace experience that encourages employees to stay and succeed.

Onsite Operations & Compliance

Manage daily onsite staffing operations and workforce coordination.

Assist with timekeeping, payroll accuracy, attendance tracking, and missed punches.

Participate in production, safety, and operational meetings.

Conduct workplace safety observations and promote safe work practices.

Coordinate workplace injury reporting, documentation, and follow-up.

Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.

Track staffing performance, fulfillment, retention, and other key metrics.

Represent Integrity Staffing at job fairs, recruiting events, and community functions as needed.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone with a great personality, strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for working with people.

Ideal Qualifications:

Previous recruiting, staffing, human resources, employee relations, or workforce management experience preferred.

Experience in manufacturing, industrial staffing, or a production environment is a strong plus.

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with employees at all levels.

Strong customer service mindset with a commitment to building lasting relationships.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.

Confidence communicating with production supervisors, managers, and employees.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Comfortable working independently while remaining connected to a supportive team.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn applicant tracking systems.

Bullhorn ATS experience is a plus.

Ability to work in both office and manufacturing environments.

Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally when needed.
