Job summary

Saulsbury Industries is seeking a dedicated professional to join the Project Controls team on a full‑time, on‑site basis in West Texas / Southeast New Mexico.

The role focuses on supporting construction progress measurement, reporting, and change management activities on an active site. It offers hands‑on exposure to plant construction and opportunities to grow into advanced roles within Project Controls or Construction Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Strong Excel skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.
• Exposure to multi‑disciplinary construction concepts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Site Construction Team, Home Office Engineering, Site Engineering, and Field Personnel as needed.
• Provide weekly construction progress measurements using cloud-based tools.
• Maintain tracking system reflecting current project budgets and scope changes.
• Keep project drawing set up-to-date with revisions and mark-ups.
• Assist project management with work package development when needed.
• Interface with project control staff to update client and internal reports and schedule progress.
• Ensure IFC quantities are developed and reported to Project Controls.
• Develop knowledge of project scope and deviations, and work with staff to maintain control budgets.
• Collaborate with estimating team to develop labor estimates as drawings are issued and loaded into tracking system.
• Provide periodic audits of site construction progress.
