Job summary

RQ Construction, LLC seeks an experienced Construction Quality Control Manager (CQCM) for a Pensacola, FL project on a military base. The role is on-site, swing shift 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM, with travel or relocation as needed for a 6–8 month assignment.

Per diem may be available for qualified traveling candidates. Responsibilities include developing, coordinating, and executing a project-specific quality control plan, ensuring quality standards, maintaining documentation, and fostering strong

Qualifications

• 10+ years in commercial construction roles (superintendent, QC manager, PM, or PE).
• At least 2 years direct experience as a Quality Control Manager.
• USACE CQM certification required; RMS/QCS knowledge preferred.
• EM 385-1-1 Level 1, CPR, First Aid, OSHA 30-hour certifications are desirable.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email, internet use.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and execute a project-specific quality control plan.
• Ensure proper implementation of quality standards and timely documentation.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure overall project satisfaction.
