Job summary

PCI Federal is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist for a 6-month, on-site assignment in West Point, NY to support a Department of Defense project under the Project Manager. You will document QA activities, witness QC tests, and maintain action-tracking for deficiencies and corrective actions. The role requires a BS in Construction or Engineering and 8–10 years of related construction experience.

U.S. citizenship is required; advanced degrees may substitute for field experience.

Responsibilities

Submit daily QA reports documenting construction activities observed, deficiencies, QC tests, and action items.
Provide comments on interpretation of plans and specifications for government use when requested.
Submit QA and test reports within the required timelines (often within 1–2 days of tests/observations).
Issue minutes of meetings with action items and decisions within two days.
Provide technical evaluations of proposed changes and review contractor schedule updates for compliance.
