Job summary

PCI Federal is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist for a 6-month, on-site assignment in West Point, NY to support a Department of Defense project under the Project Manager. You will document QA activities, witness QC tests, and maintain action-tracking for deficiencies and corrective actions. The role requires a BS in Construction or Engineering and 8–10 years of related construction experience.

U.S. citizenship is required; advanced degrees may substitute for field experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Submit daily QA reports documenting construction activities observed, deficiencies, QC tests, and action items.
• Provide comments on interpretation of plans and specifications for government use when requested.
• Submit QA and test reports within the required timelines (often within 1–2 days of tests/observations).
• Issue minutes of meetings with action items and decisions within two days.
• Provide technical evaluations of proposed changes and review contractor schedule updates for compliance.
