Scientific Protein Laboratories LLC in Waunakee, WI is hiring an Operations On-site QA Specialist for a 12-hour day shift (4 am–4 pm). You will perform on-site QA activities, including batch record reviews, deviations investigations, and inspections to ensure cGMP compliance.

Requires a science degree or 2+ years QA in a regulated industry; preferred 5+ years. The role supports multiple departments, audits, and document control, with opportunities for growth in a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science or higher with QA experience in a regulated industry.
• 2+ years QA experience in a cGMP pharma setting.
• Experience writing deviations and investigations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-the-floor reviews of manufacturing and testing operations.
• Perform verifications for batch records, cleaning records, logbooks and test methods.
• Assist in identification and evaluation of facility events.
• Review executed batch records on the floor.
• Assist in establishing and maintaining procedures/documents.
• Support audits and document control activities.
