Job summary

Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. This on-site role delivers evidence-based interventions under the direction of a Physical Therapist to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.

You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, maintain accurate documentation, and educate patients and families.

Qualifications

• Licensed PTA with ability to coordinate care under a Physical Therapist supervision.
• Experience supporting seniors in skilled nursing or post-acute settings preferred.
• Proven ability to document care accurately and timely.
