Job summary

Renewal Rehab seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. This on-site role delivers evidence-based interventions under the direction of a Physical Therapist to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, maintain accurate documentation, and educate patients and families.

Qualifications

• Must hold PTA license or be eligible.
• Ability to follow Physical Therapist directions under supervision.
• Experience in geriatrics or post-acute care is a plus.
