Live AMC is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to ensure efficient operation and upkeep of property buildings and grounds in Washington, DC. Daily responsibilities include repairing and preparing units for occupancy, maintaining inventory, and responding to service requests. The ideal candidate should have property maintenance experience along with knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. The position offers a competitive wage of $25.00 to $26.00 per hour, various benefits, and an optional on-site living arrangement.
Qualifications
Ability to operate various hand tools including power tools.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
Knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Take responsibility for the daily repair and upkeep of the property.
Maintain and keep an inventory of all supplies and equipment.
Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents.
Handle all lock‑outs as a result of evictions.
