Job summary

Salvation Army is seeking a Property Manager for Camp Hoblitzelle in Midlothian, TX. The role plans, schedules, and supervises day-to-day maintenance and grounds work, ensuring safety standards and SOPs are followed.

Responsibilities include budgeting support, managing subcontractors, and overseeing contracts for renovations. Housing is included and the candidate must meet physical requirements and hold a valid driver license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with two years of vocational/technical coursework in trades.
• Five to seven years of progressively responsible maintenance/repair experience for commercial properties with at least three in a supervisory role.
• Valid State Driver's License and CPR/First Aid/AED certification.

Responsibilities

• Plans, schedules, assigns, and supervises maintenance and grounds staff for Camp Hoblitzelle operations.
• Oversees preventive maintenance of mechanical, electrical, utilities equipment and appliances.
• Assists with departmental budget preparation and administration.
• Develops a network of subcontractors and vendors for multiple projects.
• Prepares contracts for renovations and construction; maintains maintenance records.
