Job summary

Audacy Baltimore is seeking a Part-Time Promotions Assistant to support on-site promotions, appearances, and promotional activities. You will help run contests, distribute items, and promote a positive station image during events and remotes.

The role requires a high school diploma, 21+ age, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to multitask and work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. On-site work in Baltimore, MD.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years to apply.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass a motor vehicle record check.
• Must be organized with good communication and intermediate computer/administrative skills.
• Able to work flexible hours including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site contests.
• Distribute promotional items and promote a positive station image.
• Execute assigned on-site appearances (remotes) and promotions; assist with setup/breakdown of vehicles and equipment.
• Assist promotions and sales staff with station promotional activity inside and outside the station.
• Facilitate and execute on-site appearance setup and station visibility; manage on-location activations to boost audience engagement.
• Perform other marketing and promotional duties as assigned by the manager.
