Job summary

CoMark is seeking a driven Promotional Marketing Associate to join our on-site team in Charlotte, NC. You will work with marketing and sales to build brand awareness, generate leads, and support in-store campaigns with customers directly.

This entry-level role offers hands-on training, mentorship, and clear paths to leadership roles. You’ll develop promotions, engage shoppers, and help drive growth for our partnered brands through face-to-face interactions.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or retail preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with marketing and sales to execute promotional campaigns that increase engagement and sales.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers while promoting products and services.
• Engage in direct, face-to-face interactions with customers in retail settings to generate sales.
• Attend client product training sessions and clearly communicate key product details to customers.
• Identify new sales opportunities and meet or exceed sales targets.
