Qualifications

• 5–15 years of hands-on Revit experience.
• 10–15+ years of professional experience in commercial architecture and design, with focus on project delivery and client development.
• 2+ years as a Project Manager on technical projects such as data centers, secured spaces, command centers, labs, or government/industrial facilities.
• Experience leading projects of varying scale and mentoring architects and interior designers.
• Experience negotiating project scope and fees.
• Knowledge of local building codes and standards.
• Professional degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Architecture.
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead collaborative design teams and work with Design Directors to set project workplans with attainable objectives.
• Manage all phases of architecture and interior architecture projects, from setup through design and construction administration.
• Help prepare proposals, negotiate contracts and fees, and coordinate bidding.
• Manage schedules, budgets, staffing, and coordination with clients, sub-consultants, vendors, and contractors.
• Track project financial performance.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Guide clients and teams toward sustainable, resilient design solutions.
