Huntington Ingalls Industries (HII) through Warfare Systems is seeking a Business Operations Support Staff (Project Management Analyst) to support the Autonomy and Navigation Technology Center at AFIT, Wright-Patterson, Dayton, OH. The role focuses on planning, execution, tracking, and management of special projects for the ANT Center Director and PM.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s in Business/Finance, strong Excel skills, organizational prowess, and the ability to obtain a Secret

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field.
• Excellent organization, communication, and analytical skills.
• Highly capable with Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate budgets, track expenses, and support project execution.
• Assist PM with planning and scheduling of tasks; ensure deadlines.
• Maintain relationships with AFIT POCs and sponsors; support administrative tasks (GPCs, DTS, FARs).
• Support marketing and communications efforts to raise awareness of projects.
