Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 3-5 years of accounting experience.
• Strong problem solving under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly self-motivated with excellent verbal communication.
• Advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage project finances from setup to monthly billing using Sage 300.
• Partner with project managers to track budgets, analyze risks, and spot savings.
• Handle vendor compliance, accounts payable, and sales/use tax.
