Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Production Planning Support-B to assist manufacturing operations in Mason, Ohio. This role focuses on material coordination, status tracking, and ensuring on-time flow of materials and orders through the production process.

You will work with planning, manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, quality, and program teams, updating plans and reports while adhering to established processes and procedures in a developing support capacity.

Qualifications

• Requires fully proficient job knowledge/skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent with 6+ years of relevant experience, or 2 years post-secondary with 2+ years experience.
• Ability to read and interpret Bills of Material and production-related requirements.
• Ability to use business systems, spreadsheets, and reporting tools to maintain data and status.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with planning, manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, quality, and program teams to support production needs.
• Monitor manufacturing order status, production schedules, and material on the manufacturing floor to support on-time execution.
• Update planning systems, spreadsheets, and reports to ensure timely and accurate information is available to the organization.
• Support continuous adherence to established processes, quality requirements, and organizational procedures.
