Local Crafts in Texas is seeking a Production Operations Manager to lead the kitchen and dye operation across multiple brands. You will own daily manufacturing, drive quality, and ensure efficient floor execution while building a culture of accountability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading manufacturing or production operations.
• Experience managing large hourly teams (30–50 people).
• Proven track record in high-volume production with measurable results.
• Comfort on both the floor and in the metrics, leading from both places.
• Strong Excel skills for tracking production and quality data.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish for effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 30 to 50 associates and leads across kitchen and dye operation.
• Own daily manufacturing operations from batching to finishing to keep floor running efficiently.
• Drive quality, consistency, and output, using data to push improvements.
• Manage labor planning, workflow design, and staffing to meet production volume.
• Ensure quality across batches and lead continuous process improvements.
• Build a culture of ownership, accountability, and teamwork.
• Maintain a safe, compliant facility for optimal performance.
