Qualifications

• High manual dexterity for precision masking/demasking tasks.
• Ability to distinguish between colors (red, orange, yellow, blue, green, violet).
• Read at 20/20 visual acuity (Jaeger chart) with/without correction.

Responsibilities

• Masking and demasking of customer product during parylene coating.
• Follow MSPs and work instructions; use designated tools and microscope.
• Inspect own work for quality compliance; operate fixtures as needed.
• May refinish coating fixtures; maintain PPE and clean room protocols.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety; handle hazardous materials per regulations.
• Contribute to other duties as needed by business demands.
