Qualifications

• Ability to interpret technical diagrams, use SCADA or similar control systems, and maintain precise records.
• Strong communication and collaboration with field crews, operations teams, and external partners.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
• Experience in utility operations, grid dispatching, or power plant control rooms is beneficial.
• Technical diploma or degree in electrical engineering or power systems is beneficial; equivalent practical experience will be considered.
• Knowledge of safety standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices is beneficial.
