Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in-state with current registration.
• Assist licensed therapists under supervision in direct patient care.
• Accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment notes.
• Adhere to privacy, safety, and compliance standards (HIPAA, OSHA).
• Experience with patient assessments and routine outcome measures.
• Provide instruction on exercises and home care plans to patients.
• Strong teamwork with goal-aligned treatment plans and regular follow-ups.
• Proactive learner; apply new techniques as directed and pursue continuing education.
• Track daily activity and outcomes to support performance targets.
• Efficient setup and breakdown of treatment areas and equipment.
• On-site participation in meetings to review pipeline and territory goals.
• Assist with onboarding of new patients and scheduling coordination.
• Maintain inventory of supplies; proactive re-ordering and vendor liaison.
