Qualifications

• Experience managing CCTV and access control installations.
• Direct experience with U.S. contractors on installation projects.
• Strong knowledge of physical security installation and on-site construction.
• Ability to communicate in English with contractors and stakeholders.
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to work on-site in Tennessee or Michigan.

Responsibilities

• Manage schedules, milestones, and installation activities for CCTV and IDP/access control.
• Oversee projects from planning through testing and completion.
• Coordinate scope, schedules, resources, and on-site activities.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with local U.S. contractors and subcontractors.
• Ensure work meets project requirements and quality standards.
• Manage punch lists and closeout documentation.
• Develop and monitor project schedules and milestones.
• Identify delays and risks and communicate changes.
