Job summary

Southcentral Foundation (SCF) is seeking a Supervisor of Pharmacy Technicians I, II for our Anchorage area location. The role manages a team of pharmacy technicians and aligns daily activities with SCF goals, standards, and patient service expectations.

The ideal candidate will hold an Alaska Pharmacy Technician license and have two years of supervisory or II-level experience within SCF, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and team development.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of experience or demonstrated proficiency as a Pharmacist Technician II at SCF.
• Licensed in the State of Alaska as a Pharmacy Technician.
• Two (2) years of demonstrated experience at the Supervisor of Pharmacy Technicians I level; OR demonstrated proficiency as a Supervisor of Pharmacy Technician I at SCF.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day performance of a group of pharmacy technicians and guide their work toward established goals.
• Coordinate work and resources to ensure timely and accurate drug dispensing and patient service.
