• Maintain accurate inventory, perform cycle counts, and coordinate stock replenishment.
• Monitor prescription flow to meet daily/weekly targets.
• Provide high-quality customer service and resolve queries promptly.
• Document all activities in the pharmacy management system.
• Collaborate with teammates to optimize pipelines and forecast territory needs.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and apply learnings to practice.
• Support clinical initiatives and medication information provision to patients and staff.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and patient outcomes.
• Assist in reporting metrics and performance data to identify areas for improvement.
