Job summary

Westak Circuits is seeking an experienced CAM Operator to work on-site at our Portland facility. The role focuses on editing PCB data, generating manufacturing tools, and panelizing for production using Genesis CAD/CAM software.

Candidates should have at least three years in PCB CAM operations, strong reading of fabrication drawings, and ability to communicate effectively with engineers. Salary ranges from $30 to $40 per hour, DOE, and ITAR restrictions apply for US persons.

Qualifications

• Must read English and understand fabrication drawings.
• Effective communication both verbal and written.
• Must distinguish valid design and manufacturability concerns.

Responsibilities

• Edit data with Genesis CAD/CAM to generate manufacturing tools.
• Process DRC/DFM to identify concerns.
• Modify customer data files and interface with engineers.
• Panelize and release tools to production floor (inner/outer layers, soldermask, silkscreen, drill, rout, test).
• Adhere to safety rules and keep a neat workplace.
