Ransomville Manor Home Care in Ransomville, NY is seeking Personal Care Aides (PCA) for our Assisted Living Community. Evening (3p-11p) and Overnight (11p-7a) shifts are available to serve multiple residents on one site.

As a PCA, you will assist with personal hygiene, observe residents' health, document care, and report issues to the supervising nurse. NY State HHA/PCA certification is required, and you must be able to work every other weekend.

Formación

• Valid New York State HHA/PCA Certification.
• Must be able to work every other weekend

Responsabilidades

• Observing and monitoring Residents.
• Helping Residents' care for their personal hygiene, including bathing, grooming etc.
• Assist with Resident care and activities as needed.
• Documenting Resident Care
• Reporting any health issues to the supervising nurse.
• Maintain confidentiality of all Resident & Facility data.
