Job summary

Qualifications

• Up to eighteen months of education or training beyond high school in nursing or related field.
• License for Practical Nursing in Commonwealth of Kentucky.
• Graduation from an Accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Administers and oversees self-administered and prescribed medications per established schedules.
• Monitors clients' vital signs and health data, maintains accurate records.
• Maintains and transcribes medical orders and documents care provided.
• Schedules outside medical appointments and ensures timely delivery of medications.
