Job summary

Peak Performance Physical Therapy, PLC in Dewitt, MI is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our on-site outpatient clinic. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based orthopedics-focused care.

Start date is immediate; full-time with flexible PRN and part-time options. You will collaborate with PTs, PTAs, techs, and staff, contribute to community outreach, and advance your clinical skills in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Current Michigan Physical Therapist License – New Grads Welcome!
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for patient-centered care and commitment to continuous learning
• Interest or experience in outpatient orthopedics, post-surgical rehab, fall prevention, strength training

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations and create individualized treatment plans.
• Provide one-on-one outpatient physical therapy sessions focused on orthopedic rehab, post-surgical rehabilitation, balance and fall prevention, and strength/conditioning.
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to patients of all ages.
• Document treatment progress accurately and efficiently.
• Participate in community wellness initiatives, patient education, and outreach programs.
• Collaborate closely with a supportive team of PTs, PTAs, techs, and administrative staff.
