Job summary

Client Solution Architects is seeking an Operations Manager for their program at Fort Indiantown Gap, PA. The role includes managing operations and training for military simulations, requiring a strong commitment to the mission and a background in military training operations. Candidates must have an active Secret Clearance and significant experience in operations management, within a collaborative and purpose-driven team environment.

Qualifications

• Must possess and maintain an active Secret Clearance.
• Graduated from the Army CGSC, Intermediate Level Education (ILE), or equivalent level military schooling preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with military training and training support operations.
• 5 years of operations management experience.
• 3 years of experience with military simulations within the last 10 years.

Responsibilities

• Manage MTC Operations and Training on-site during standard operating hours.
• Manage and supervise Contractor support of day-to-day MTC operations and training.
• Schedule and coordinate MTC resources and the training request process.
