Job summary

Legrand is hiring a Senior Operations Finance Manager on-site in West Hartford to partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Division Finance leadership. This role drives financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic projects across Materials, Value Add, Inventory, and Capital with a focus on productivity improvements and cost optimization.

You will develop business cases, support monthly and long-range planning, and present financial insights to executives.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive finance experience in manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or FP&A.
Experience supporting multi-site manufacturing environments.
Demonstrated success leading strategic projects and influencing senior leadership decisions.
Experience managing and developing finance teams.

Responsibilities

Lead financial oversight of direct and indirect material spend across LNCA.
Partner with Supply Chain and Strategic Sourcing to evaluate commodity trends and cost-reduction initiatives.
Develop material cost forecasting models for budget and planning cycles.
Analyze variances, inflation impacts, sourcing actions and margin implications.
Lead reporting and analysis of value-added costs, including labor and overhead.
Develop and maintain operational dashboards and KPIs.
Oversee inventory reporting, forecasting, and analytics across LNCA.
Lead major strategic projects, ROI analyses, and business cases; support M&A as needed.
Coordinate monthly close activities and executive-level analyses.
Travel up to 15–25% as needed.
