Job summary

Nutrien is hiring an Operations Support at the Tangent, OR location. This entry-level role focuses on keeping our operation running smoothly through facility and equipment upkeep, truck loading/unloading, and general mechanical work.

You’ll work with loaders, forklifts, and delivery equipment, following Nutrien Ag Solutions safety rules and DOT guidelines. The role offers on-site training and a supportive team for growth in agricultural retail.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience with basic maintenance or loading equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility, vehicles and equipment to company standards.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Operate loaders, forklifts, tractors and location equipment safely.
• Blend and deliver product as needed and ensure DOT paperwork is complete.
• Prepare and maintain paperwork for loading and unloading per Nutrien Ag Solutions requirements.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment and follow safety rules.
