Qualifications

• Graduate or higher-level degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• CCNE or other recognized accrediting body.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in occupational health or related clinical settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational health care including medical examinations, clearances, and first aid services.
• Implement routine and emergency occupational health services.
• Perform nursing interventions, including surveillance and pre-travel consultations.
• Administer immunizations, tuberculin skin tests, spirometry, vision tests, and ECGs.
• Conduct phlebotomies and other diagnostic testing interventions.
• Document interventions in CDC’s electronic medical record system.
