Job summary

Briotix Health is seeking a full-time Occupational Health Nurse (OHN) to provide on-site medical services at Oxford (4 days) and Fairfield (1 day) in Ohio. The OHN will deliver ethical, evidence-based care, perform required testing, and coordinate return-to-work processes in a manufacturing setting.

Ideal candidates hold an RN license, CPR/BLS, and 1+ year experience in Occupational Health or related fields, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage clinical documentation and

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing in the applicable state.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• 1+ year of experience in Occupational Health, Primary Care, Outpatient, or Urgent Care.
• Demonstrated computer skills and ability to quickly learn new systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of on-site work (lift up to 50 pounds).
• COHN certification or ability to obtain within the first 3 years of employment.
• Preferred Spanish bilingual capabilities.
• 3+ years of experience in Occupational Medicine (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site occupational health services at two locations in Oxford (4 days/week) and Fairfield (1 day/week).
• Deliver ethical, evidence-based medical services to employees onsite and via virtual evaluations per Medical Director guidance.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation (electronic and non-electronic).
• Perform phlebotomy and urine collection as needed.
• Coordinate New Hire physical examinations and return-to-work processes.
• Provide onsite first aid and wellness screening.
• Administer and document annual vaccinations, spirometry, audiograms, drug testing, biometrics, and medical questionnaires.
• Coordinate assessment, treatment planning, and return-to-work with employees, providers, and employer.
• Educate patients on medications, medical history, and injury prevention; survey work environments for hazards.
