Qualifications

• Licensed NP or PA with active Wisconsin license.
• Current CPR/BLS for healthcare providers certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site medical services at one location in Rothschild, WI.
• Deliver ethical, evidence-based medical care to employees onsite and via virtual evaluations.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation.
• Coordinate return-to-work and case management.
• Administer vaccinations, spirometry, and testing as needed.
• Coordinate assessment and treatment plans with employees, providers, and employers.
