Job summary

LocumTenens.com is seeking an MD to provide OR-based obstetric and gynecologic coverage at an on-site facility in Louisiana. The assignment is a 24-hour pager-call with a 1:4 call ratio and starts ASAP upon credentialing.

The clinician will manage OR OB/GYN cases in a low-volume environment and must be available for ongoing coverage with on-site support from MDs and nurses. Board certification is negotiable for this role.

Qualifications

• Board certification in OB/GYN is negotiable.

Responsibilities

• Provide OR obstetric and gynecologic coverage on a 24-hour pager call.
• Handle OR obstetric/gynecologic cases with 1:4 call ratio.
• Credentialing and ongoing on-site coverage as assigned.
