- Experience with VPN, Radius, TACACS+.
- Knowledge of OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, MPLS.
- Strong documentation and policy skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication.
Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and support LAN/WAN and wireless tech.
- Provide technical leadership for multiple clients.
- Diagnose, triage, and resolve network incidents.
- Assist during LAN/WAN projects and service incidents.
- Document, track, and monitor network problems.
- Maintain and update network documentation and certifications.
- Train and develop skills on new technologies.
- Work flexible hours for after-hours upgrades.
