Job summary

Greycell Labs Inc. seeks an on-site .NET Application Developer with Power Platform expertise to support the NYS Tax Modernization LiFT program in Albany, NY. The role requires extensive .NET skills, SQL Server, and Power Platform integration across government taxation systems.

The ideal candidate has multi-year experience in cloud/server management (Azure, Windows Server, IIS) and DevOps practices with GitHub and Jira, to deliver secure, scalable applications on a long-term basis.

Qualifications

• 84 months of experience with .NET technologies including ASP.NET, MVC, Blazor, and REST services.
• 84 months of experience with SQL Server including performance tuning and integration with .NET/Blazor and Power Platform solutions.
• 24 months of experience with a Government Taxation organization, including design, development and end-user support of complex Tax Return processing.
• 60 months of experience in cloud and server management including Azure services, Windows Server setup and configuration, and IIS management including X.509 and SSL certificates.
• 24 months of experience with the Microsoft Power Platform developing Canvas applications, Power Automate flows and Custom Connectors.
• 60 months experience in Collaboration and Version Control including DevOps practices, using GitHub for source control, and Jira for project management, agile development, and defect tracking.

Responsibilities

• This position will support the LiFT Program for NYS Tax Modernization and remediation of legacy applications within the NYS Department of Taxation and Finance.
• Develop and maintain .NET applications and Power Platform integrations to meet program requirements.
• Collaborate with government taxation teams to design technical solutions and ensure compliance and security.
