Job summary

Reef is seeking an experienced field-based automotive paint and body repair technician to perform mobile repairs across Miami-Dade and Broward counties. You will work at customer locations, handling dent removal, panel replacement, and cosmetic refinishing with a focus on quality and efficiency.

The role requires 3+ years in automotive paint and body repair, strong knowledge of paint systems, and the ability to manage time and routes independently.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of automotive paint and body repair experience.
• Strong knowledge of paint systems, surface prep, and repair techniques.
• Experience with dent removal, refinishing, and cosmetic repairs.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and customer service orientation.
• Preferred: formal certification or training in automotive paint and body repair.

Responsibilities

• Perform mobile automotive paint and body repairs at customer locations.
• Complete dent repairs, bumper repairs, and panel replacement.
• Prepare surfaces through sanding, masking, priming, and paint application.
• Match paint colours accurately and ensure high-quality finish.
• Maintain and upkeep tools, equipment, and company service vehicle.
• Offer courteous and professional service to clients.
• Manage daily schedules and service routes to optimize delivery.
• Document completed repairs and report progress as needed.
